Becoming a member of PEP Ecopassport®
You’d like to join PEP Ecopassport® and take part in the PEP Ecopassport® programme?
Just send your application to the PEP Association, which will carry out a review based on its relevance and merits in relation to the scope and objectives of the PEP Ecopassport® programme.
To become a member of the PEP Ecopassport® programme, the applicant must:
- Obtain the Steering Committee’s approval,
- Commit to meeting the programme objectives, as set out in the general instructions,
- Have paid the annual membership fees to the PEP Association.
There is no need to be a member of the Association to publish a PEP in the PEP Ecopassport® programme. Membership does, however, offer a number of advantages, including eligibility for governance committees, access to the knowledge platform, participation in the Technical Committee (at committee level or in specific working groups), preferential PEP registration fees, etc.
Why choose PEP Ecopassport®?
The credibility and legitimacy of PEP Ecopassport® are based on clear and distinctive commitments:
- The only programme specific to electrical and electronic (EEE) and HVAC (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning) equipment, making it the most technically advanced with regard to its methodological framework;
- A programme run by a non-profit association, focused on the relevance and robustness of the methodological frameworks rather than profit maximisation;
- The longest-established operator programme, supported by major manufacturers (Schneider Electric, Somfy, Mitsubishi Electric, etc.);
